About Gail A. Gornick
August 18, 1955 - June 21, 2016
The Gail A. Gornick Memorial Scholarship Fund was established by devoted longtime friends and family. The only daughter of holocaust survivors who became a marriage and family therapist, Gail was a dedicated mother of two remarkable daughters, Daniela and Carolina Hummel. This loving, kind, and gentle woman lost her courageous battle with ovarian cancer at too young an age. She would have been proud to support the UCLArts & Healing conference! We honor her beautiful spirit in this way.
